Where am I?

I have little life among me fog clings to the ground. I sometimes have a building next door. I am feared, I am lonely and I have no sound. Most people always come at a certain time of life some young most old.

Book review #3

My book is Percy Jackson And The Titan's Curse

The author is Rick Riordan

I chose this book because I have enjoyed every book before it and the author has a very interesting style of writing.

The title on this book is important because the first time I read this book I didn't really know what was going on but then after I read the title over and over again I started to realize what was happening. The main place of this story is over in the skys of Long Island Sound.

The storyline is based on a young kid called Percy Jackson he is in the middle of the godly world and the mortal world, demigods as this book calls it. The problem with Percy is being a demigod he has a "scent" that monsters can smell. So every now and then a monster comes a long and tries to have him for lunch. This year he is going to find some new demigod kids and one chooses another path.

I would recommend this book to anyone over the age of 8 and below the age of 15.

Daily Blog Post

On Thursday July 4th it was production day however a group of us (including me) didn't go. We went to a year 7 class, room 30. Instead of doing maths and literacy we watched a documentary called
Man on Wire and we did sport. In total there were about 30 people (one class room) that didn't go to production. The Man on Wire documentary was about a man Philippe learnt how to tightrope and then when he grew up he got a little team that would help him get to the top of buildings so he could tightrope across them. In the amount that I watched he went up to the top of the Twin Towers and tightroped across them.

Book review #2

My book is Percy Jackson And The Sea Of Monsters.

The author is Rick Riordan

I chose this book because it is the next book from Percy Jackson And The Lightning Thief and I have really like this series so far.

The title on this book was important because you needed it to understand some parts of the story and it summed up the main place of the story. The main character(s) of this story are Percy Jackson son of Poseidon, Annabeth   Chase daughter of athena, Chiron the centaur, Kronos the titan lord, Luke the lightning thief, Tyson the cyclops, Hermes the god of Travel, Passageways, Messages, Zeus the god of lightning and Poseidon the god of sea.

The author made these books to encourage his younger kid to read.

It took me about 13 hours to complete this book.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is about 8-14 and who likes fantasy/fiction/mythological kind of books.

Homework S4

I have been teaching my little brother (Liam) how to play the guitar. I have been teaching him 1/2 an hour a day for 1 week (210 minutes/3 hours and 30 minutes) and so far he has been able to play all the notes and some basic chords. He is now taking real tutor lessons at school and so far has not been enjoying it. I have been teaching him the guitar because I did it for a term and I was still doing it so I would teach him all I learnt on my lesson since he is a slow learner I have enough to teach him for a week. In the end Liam didn't really like how I taught him because he doesn't like other people teaching him.

I taught him by explaining each note and where to place your fingers. I explained the frets and how each time if you go down a fret you will make the note/chord
